A Retreat Unlike Any Other

At Bloom, we gather each month to honour both the outer seasons of nature and the inner seasons of our lives. 

This is a sacred space for women who wish to listen deeply — not to force, fix, or rush — but to be gently led by the quiet knowing within. Here, we return home to our hearts, to that calm current of intelligence that lives beneath the noise, guiding us back into alignment with our truth. 

 

Each Bloom gathering mirrors the rhythm of the Earth — ever shifting, ever becoming. 

In Spring, we rise and unfurl; planting seeds of renewal and expansion. 

In Summer, we bask in light; celebrating growth, connection, and creation. 

In Autumn, we soften and shed; releasing what no longer serves to make space for what’s true. 

And in Winter, we descend inward; a time of stillness, integration, and trust in the unseen. 

 

By attuning to these natural rhythms, we begin to understand our own. We learn that our emotions, energy, and creative cycles all move in seasons too — each one offering us wisdom, growth, and renewal. 

 

Every month’s Bloom holds a unique theme, aligned with the current season — a focus that supports emotional release, spiritual awakening, and heartfelt connection. You’ll be guided through practices such as breathwork, guided meditation, soul gazing, and somatic release — each one designed to help you meet yourself fully, connect with others deeply, and live in harmony with your inner world. 

 

We gather in ceremony — candlelit and flower-filled — where heart-opening cacao and nourishing seasonal feasts await. Each dish is thoughtfully created to reflect the time of year, a reminder that nourishment too is cyclical. This is a space where conversation flows with warmth, stillness meets softness, and every soul feels seen. 

 

Bloom is more than an event; it’s an ongoing journey of gentle awakening — of coming home to your body, your rhythm, and your truth. 

Together, we learn to live from the heart, move with the seasons, and create a life that feels like alignment.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe with ease. 

Bring a journal and pen for reflection, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and most importantly, come with an open heart.
