The spark for Urth was planted when I was just 17. At a time in my life that was fiery and testing, I found myself craving a simple moment to pause — to step into the shower, to wash the day away, and to reconnect with myself. In those small rituals, I felt what it meant to be human again: to breathe, to be present, to feel. 

As the years unfolded and through nearly two decades of working in the skin and wellness industry, that seed only grew stronger. I became disheartened seeing so much of skincare reduced to speed, harsh chemicals, and quick fixes — stripping the skin instead of nourishing it, rushing the process instead of honouring it. 

Our skin is not something to battle with; it is a living, breathing organ that evolves with us. Just as we move through seasons in our lives, our skin, too, moves through cycles of strength, sensitivity, vitality, and rest.
